Tensorflow 2.15 not detecting NVidia GPU on Windows 11

NVidia RTX 2060 not detected by tensorflow 2.15.0 on Windows 11.Already installed CUDA SDK and CuDNN and added to PATH.I’ve tried running tf.list_physical_devices() and I get prompetd with a list of devices containing only /CPU:0
