Why am I getting an error loading a specific module(torch)?

Error loading "C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python312\Lib\site-packages\torch\lib\fbgemm.dll" or one of its dependencies.

I uninstall and then reinstalled the module and also tried different versions of python too but nothing worked.
