Inspect openai raw network request and response

I'm using Python openai library to make some calls to chat.completions.create and I want to inspect the raw requests and responses alongside with the JSON request body and responses from the model.I attempted to set logging levels of openai and requests library to DEBUG but I only see request body and response headers without response body, also tried openai.log = "debug" but same result. What options do I have?
