I have a problem, my project is charging station and the problem is the coin acceptor wherein the pulse in extend time is not working

The pulse is working when I charge my phone and inserts a coin, and now when i want to extend my charging time when I insert a coin for the extend time feature the pulse is not working. The language I use is python, and the ide is thonny.

I tried different functions and variables, i want the extend time to function.
